DULCEIDA @ YELLOW SHOP

Hola chic@as! Espero que hayáis disfrutado muchísimo de las fiestas! 

Hace un par de semanas os contaba que tuve la oportunidad de asistir al evento organizado por YELLOW SHOP en el que pinchaba DULCEIDA, y hoy os traigo algunas de las fotos de ese día. Fue un evento súper divertido dedicado a la música, la moda y sobre todo al amor incondicional a los zapatos :) La tienda de Yellow Shop fue sin duda el escenario idóneo ya que es el sitio donde siempre podrás encontrar las últimas tendencias y los modelos más alucinantes de las mejores marcas. Lo pasé genial, pude saludar a Aida y conocer parte de su equipo, los chicos de THE TRIPLETZ, y la verdad es que son gente estupenda que enamoran con su energía y buen rollo. Hice un montón de fotos y cuando pensaba que la cosa no podía ir a mejor, me entero de que había ganado unas Converse!!! Vamos, que el día me ha salido redondo!!!

Hi guys! I hope you made the best of these holidays! 

A couple of weeks ago I was telling you that I had the chance to attend the event organized by YELLOW SHOP where DULCEIDA was DJing and in this post I´ll be showing you some of the photos I took that day. It was a really fun event, dedicated to music, fashion and above all to the unconditional love for shoes. Yellow Shop store was without doubt the perfect set for such an event as it is the place where you can always find the latest trends and most fascinating models from widely recognized brands. I had a great time, got to say hi to Aida and met part of her team, the guys from THE TRIPLETZ,  and I have to say they are all incredible people who easily win your heart with their energy and good vibes. I took a lot of pics and when I thought the night just couldn´t get any better, I found out that I had wan a pair of Converse sneakers!!! All in all, it was a great day!!!

COMFY CASUAL (OUTFIT 2)

Hola chic@s! Espero que estéis disfrutando muchísimo de la magia de estos días! Aquí tenéis, tal y como había prometido, el segundo outfit comfy casual. Esta vez he optado por una mezcla de texturas: perfecto y pantalones efecto cuero combinados con jersey  y zapatillas con tacto de peluche.

Hi guys! I hope you are making the best of these magical days! Today I'm showing you, as promised, my second comfy casual outfit. This time I opted for a mix of textures: faux leather jacket and trousers, combined with fluffy sweater and soft velvet sneakers.

COMFY CASUAL (OUTFIT 1)

La otra cara de estos días festivos, un poco menos glamurosa pero con su magia particular, surge a la superficie cuando se acaban las cenas y los eventos. Me refiero a esas mañanas de los días festivos, cuando la mayoría de las calles están casi desiertas y sólo sales de casa para tomar un café calentito en la cafetería de barrio, o para comprar churros con chocolate. Y cuando se trata de días tan fríos como los que hemos tenido últimamente, las prendas cómodas y sobre todo calentitas son  uno de los ingredientes clave para mis looks. Os voy a enseñar dos outfits  súper cómodos que he creado partiendo de la misma base: perfecto de imitación de cuero y mis nuevas zapatillas de Sixtyseven, que enamoran tanto por su diseño cómo por su increíble precio. Os dejo con la primera opción.

The other aspect of the holiday season, less glamourous but with its own particular magic, comes to the surface when dinners and all other events are over. I´m talking about those holidays` lazy mornings, when most of the streets seem deserted and you only leave the comfort of your home in order to get a hot coffee in the neighborhood cafeteria or to buy churros with hot chocolate. And due to the fact that these last few days have been really really cold, the cozy warm pieces became one of the basic ingredients for my looks. I´ll show you two super comfy outfits that I created parting from the same base: artificial leather jacket and my new Sixtyseven sneakers that I am absolutely in love with. I leave you with the first option.

KINDA PUNK SCHOOL GIRL

Por fiiiiiin, el internet ha llegado a mi nueva casita!!! Como hace tiempo que estoy desconectada, esta semana la dedicaré a enseñaros algunas imágenes de dos eventos a los que he asistido a principios del mes, pero que no he podido compartir por razones “técnicas”. El primero fue “Sweet Market”, organizado por la famosa bloguera Aida Domenech más conocida como DULCEIDA, un mercadillo vintage que celebró su décimo cumpleaños en uno de los sitios más de moda de Barcelona: SHOKO RESTAURANTE & CLUB. 

Tuve la oportunidad de conocer a Aida, a quien le tengo que agradecer por aguantar su sonrisa con paciencia, mientras que con mi móvil y luego con mi cámara, intentaba conseguir una foto en condiciones. Y por cierto, algunas de las fotos no son de muy buena calidad ya que tuve algún que otro problemilla con la iluminación… pero las que han salido movidas han quedado bastante interesantes así que las voy a compartir igualmente. He creado mi look para este día partiendo de los zapatos de GamourStreetFashionShow, que me han hecho pensar en un look college con un toque “salvaje”, así que busque este mismo efecto con la totalidad del outfit. 

Finally, the internet managed to make its way to my new apartment!!! As I have been disconnected for a while now, this week’s posts will be about two events that I took part in, at the beginning of this month, but wasn´t able to share due to “technical” issues. The first was “Sweet Market”, organized by the famous blogger Aida Domenech, more known as DULCEIDA, a vintage market that celebrated its 10th anniversary in one of the most popular spots in Barcelona: SHOKO RESTAURANTE & CLUB. 

I had the opportunity to meet Aida, who I have to thank, as she patiently kept smiling, while I attempted to capture a clear image, first with my mobile and then with my camera. By the way, some of the photos aren´t precisely clear as I experienced a few problems with the lighting conditions… However I decided to post a few of the blurry ones, because I actually like the effect. I created my look parting from the shoes I have from GamourStreetFashionShow, that made me think about a college look with a wild touch, and that is exactly the effect I went for with the entire outfit.

Después de seis largos meses de espera, el día 4 de octubre llegaba el momento que tanto había esperado y podía disfrutar por fin de ser parte de lo que iba a ser el mayor desfile de street style jamas visto. Así que me arme de muchísimas ganas de pasarlo bien y exprimir al máximo esta experiencia, que se me había brindado gracias a todos vosotros, los que me habéis apoyado y votado día tras día.
